Dr. Farole received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. After completing an internship in Connecticut, he received his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Certification and training at the University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital system.
He maintains a full-time practice as a maxillofacial and oral surgeon in Bala Cynwyd, Pa, just outside the Philadelphia City limits and is still actively involved in the teaching faculty at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
